The Buggie is native to Krystia where it is found in large numbers. The Buggie is a very social bird but usually only has one or two mates in a life time. A female Buggie will lay almost 91 fertile eggs during her life. Both the male and female Buggie rear their young in nests made of twigs and leaves which are perched high off the ground.

The most attractive quality about a Buggie is the colourful rainbow feathers that are used for many hobbies and crafts. The tips of the tail feathers are extremely strong and versatile. They are ideal for use as writing implements.
