Obituary

Eridas Vale (b.90 - d. 1027 aged 37) was an Ahn with an annoying social awkwardness that would cause others to avoid him, unless they needed his cartography services. Eridas lived with a Buggie above his shop in Valendale, on the corner of Burke and Tallis streets where he made and sold rare and detailed maps of Azur.

Eridas was known for his short neck and wiry black hair. It gave him a strange, mad scientest look that suited his recluse life and mysterious profession. For six months of the year, Eridas sold maps, maps he copied, maps of Valendale that he made himself when the shop was closed. For the rest of the year, Eridas would travel Azur creating the maps that made him famous and brought his art to the scrutiny of the Guild of Antiquity.

Eridas was the youngest of two siblings and as he had never married, 12 months after his sudden disappearance his entire estate passed to his sister's son, Rion who was studying Cartography at the Valendale Court University.
