Hanifamun

As the world warmed, the ice thawed and out of the caves came the creatures who had been fortunate enough to hibenate. The Dreamidon age was gone. They found themselves in new world. New mountains had been forged, great valleys and wide seas. Some of the trees and plants that had died before the Ice age began to grow again, their seeds having laid dormant in the soil for billions of years.

The world glowed again with life and the Azur aura grew brighter in the sky causing others from worlds away to become aware of its beauty in their sky.

Not all the races of Azur were extinct either. The Larutan with their unique aspects ideal for cold weather had flourished during Dreamidon.

At this point in time, the Human race also emerged. It was a new bipedal race that lived mostly in caves or self created dwellings. Humans had very basic needs and were socially inclined, forming small tribes and hunting together in packs.

Siesmic activity eventually returned as the heat from beneath the Layers of the crust in the upper mantle, though it was greatly lessoned.

It did not take long for Humans to discover fire or invent the wheel. Tribes began to grow, larger solcial populations sprouted into villages and towns and as the Human's basic needs became reliable and accessisible Humans hunted the Larutan The Isis arrived to discover a social culture ready for their picking and as demi-Gods, they turned the Human species into slaves.

The Isis were particularly talented at harnessing energy for magical uses. Their society was steeped in barbaric rituals while embracing a semi-technological race through their powerful use and shaping raw engery. They had learnt to travel through space and had portals to a few different destinations. They opened portals to other worlds inviting some of their leaders to visit the new world they had conquered.

Through the portals came the Fae, Elfs, Dwarfs, Kender, Sprites and other fairy like creatures. They did not come to see the Isis's victory but to defend the world, from the alien invaders.
